Game.

Hillary Clinton would be stupid to let this opportunity pass her by. She was given a gift - what's she supposed to do? Say, no thanks, I only want to win on my own merit and not because my opponent is a dingaling who doesn't know how this game is played and got in over his head?

Barack Obama HAD to have known that his unsavory affiliations would become public knowledge. And if he DIDN'T know it, he's not fit to be President because he is WAY too naive.

...yet we all know how smart he is, right? So, which is it; he's actually stupid OR it IS James Carville in that dashiki? You listen to them tapes. I hear Cajun inflection sure as sh1t.

Currently that is Barack Obama's job. He doesn't seem to be interested in hitting her with that, so tough noogs for him.

McCain is having a ball with this, I'm sure, because he's going to be armed and ready for whoever his opponent is after the conventions.

...a brother supposed to get a word in edge wise when the Clinton's have suckered everyone, including Bill O'Reilly, into talking about Wright this, Wright that, Wright on a popsicle stick?

And McCain is dead meat. You should do some looking around about his money situation. Bru is right; he's going nowhere. He just returned $3 mil to donors so that he qualifies for the $80 some odd million he can have in public money BUT that excludes him from raising private funds, at ALL. $80 million for the WHOLE general campaign. $80 big ones is a slow weekend for either Barrack or Hillary in private dough.

BINGO! None of them want Obama in office, what would it do to their careers (what ever their career is)

So, following that line of thought, then since everyone knows all about the unsavory affiliations of Clinton and McCain as well, so what are the people who support them anyway? Are they not fit to be voters?

You hear that sound? That's tears of disappointment running down my cheek... just like old Chief Garbage Guy in the 1960s. I cry like a Hillary because I remember reading countless posts on here over the past eight years where people made the valid point about how dirty politics had gotten... how we needed to get away from personal attacks... how we should focus on the issues... and now what do I hear when we finally get a politician who doesn't sling mud? He's a wimp, he's unfit, he needs to play the game!

It's a sad day on SOMD Online!

So Vrai... is Obama a good or bad guy if he tells McCain tough poop on you, and I'm not going the public funds route just because McCain can't raise money?

...Vrai, but Obama will be going back on his word if he does not go the public funding route. Let's not forget that while you're painting everyone with the same broad brush of hypocrisy lamenting the loss of opportunity to back the 'good' guy.
