He, Ybarra, is doing absolutely nothing wrong. At no point is this the type of "Bribe"that you'r trying to portray it.
Hmmm...let's see.... I believe this is what he is really saying:

Ybarra to Obama camp: "For Twenty Million Bucks you've got my superdelegate endorsement! Clinch it now Barack!"

on the other hand:

Ybarra to Clinton Camp: "Want my vote to help you out? Pay me Twenty Million Bucks and I'lll register as many young "legal" latino voters to Vote For You! This will no doubt tip the votes in your favor baby!"

Not considered a bribe????

The discussion i heard yesterday, its an advertising campaign. Someone (dont know who) had figured it costs 10$ per citizen to register to vote, and it would cost roughly 20,000,000 to draw away from the Republican party and register Young (Legal) Latino's to the Democratic one.

I was just taking issue with the perception that this is some shady issue, its no different than is done for any other special interest (Blacks/Women etc) he was looking for the commitment from one of the 2 Democratic candidates.

Wrong, and it was obvious where you were going.

What he is looking for : Clinton/Obama commit 20 million towards registering Young (Legal) Latino's, and you'll have my vote.

But who will get his vote? Clinton or Obama? This is still a "bribe".

Is it though?

I say that whoever takes this guy up on his offer loses more Super Delegate votes than they gain from the decision.
