I dislike it intensely when my step-daughter and wife go to the mall in Waldorf alone. Too many young folks there wearing jeans with the outline of a gun clearly in the pockets around their knees. And security seldom does anything about the situation. My understanding (which may be incorrect) is that CCSO can't patrol even the parking lot as it's private property.

Regarding the racism issue, it occurs on all sides. Don't mistake a Japanese person for a Chinese, etc. One of the issues not addressed thus far in the threads is that these are Democratic primary voters.

I don't believe blacks are voting for Barack because he's black. They are voting for him because he's a black Democrat. Michael Steele didn't get enough of the black vote to get elected. Some but not enough, so now some old fuddy-duddy white dude whose family has been in politics forever is representing us.

I said Waldorf. I've been through the worst parts of PG and DC. Waldorf don't scare me. That said, the increase in crime in Waldorf cannot be denied by anyone with a brain in their head.
