"Things younger than Republican Presidential candidate (oh, and did I forget to mention “war hero”?) John McCain

Am I being “age-ist”? Probably. But the world is a pretty complicated place right now and I’m thinking that it’s not such a great time to elect our oldest President ever. So sue me."

It's probably not such a great time to elect our most inexperienced President, ever, either. Or to use the Presidency as some kind of social experiment.

I'm not planning to vote for McCain, but he doesn't strike me as some dottering old fool who needs to be excluded due to his age.

And why do you put "war hero" in quotes? Didn't he give enough during that war for you? Just wondering. You know, he probably could have gone home for awhile after the mishap on the Oriskany, but he volunteered to be assigned to another squadron to continue serving. Don't put him down for his service.
