If Obama's smart he'll go with either Joe Biden or Evan Bayh. He needs someone mature who will offset his extreme liberalism (or who will be perceived that way).

Bill Richardson is incredibly liberal, and Obama already has the illegal immigrant vote sewn up, so Richardson brings nothing to the ticket.
