...my thought is we watched this stuff happen. We had little winges of discomfort when W threw out terms like 'Homeland' security. And we were a little worried when department after department got sucked up into the new leviathan. We wondered why army personnel wasn't increased. We scratched out heads when he wanted to sell port security to a foreign nation. We didn't understand why Powell suddenly became persona non gratis. We always expected that things would suddenly go right in the war(s) and we'd kill the bad guys.

We backed out guy through thick and thin. We closed our eyes and, as you say trusted him. We didn't trust our instincts that something was wrong.

I do trust Obama to do exactly what he's done since entering politics, to push for a Socialist agenda with the help of Pelosi and Reid.

When you get one party that runs the Executive and Legislative Branches of government, just look what you get. A larger version of Maryland.

No thanks!

And as soon as all Marylanders outside of Baltimore retreat to sane locations outside of Socialist control, the earth will swallow up every vestige of the intruder human habitat and rejoice in its glory!
