Bruzilla, WAKE UP! Democrats WANT these things. They do not consider them hot button issues. Why in the flying hell would you hammer Obama on raising taxes, surrender or confiscating guns, knowing that it will just get him more and stronger support?????

Why do you keep trying to make this about me? In the Big Picture what I believe, or you believe, is unimportant. I'm looking at what's happening in the election as a whole, and I'm saying that if Republicans think they can get out of the Hagee or Parsley or whoever is next's controversy by saying "McCain wasn't married by them" or "he didn't know them for 20 years" they are deluding themselves. Those deflections were tried on H&C last night, and there was Alan Colmes saying "yeah, but McCain sought our Hagee.. he sought out his support...", and that is exactly what I said several weeks ago would be their argument.

And as I said weeks ago, the issue for the Democrats isn't going to be how log or how well the candidate was associated with the nutjob, it's going to be that they are associated.

Support from who? Democrats? He's already got it! McCain has a tough time getting 75% of the scant Republican voters who bother to come out. He has no money. He needs to get his ass out there and getting Republicans fired up about why they should support him, and attacking ministers and wives ain't gonna get it done for him.

...maybe you're right? Maybe there is no point it tying to talk TO you. Maybe, from now on, I'll just address everything I say to the world at large. I'll quit pretending I am addressing your thoughts and ideas and just assume everything you say is the 'World' position and accept it as established fact and not mere opinion.

Image the carpel tunnel I'll save if you just tell me what to think and I don't wonder why.

Well... let's see...

Loony Ministers:

Obama: Strong connection to one loony minister over 20 years, loose connection to Farakhan.

McCain: Loose associations to Hagee, Parsley, and probably a few more to come. Loose associations with Robertson and a host of other televangelists.

Wives:

Obama: Wife makes comments offensive to whites at two rallys.

McCain: Wife "loses" key records in K-5 investigation, becomes addicted to drugs, steals drugs from her own children's health fund, fires the guy who blew her in and gets sued.

Who's got the tempered glass?

Well, then McCain is doing better than Obama, who only has about 50% support from Democrat voters.

...I can not address you specifically. Could you frame the question in more of a matter of fact tone and timbre? Perhaps something self evident like...John McCain is bad. Barack Obama is good and that's all there is to it. In that case I could just nod agreement or simply stare blankly at the screen, as if looking at the deep reality of the stars.

...see that's a good one because it doesn't sound like you're making this about Bruz, specifically, but more of a broad, global self evident sort of 'for all people' pronouncement.

Why are you making this about McCain's wife? Why can't you just stick with the issues instead of attacking the candidate's spouse? Is SHE running for president?
