So that someone can say "I knew Bobby Kennedy and you, beyotch, are no Bobby Kennedy."

That was the part of the statement that threw me as well. I don't understand it either unless she's in burnout mode and was thinking up names of candidates still running in June and when Kennedy popped into her head she also thought of the assassination.

This is the best line of the story... Paul Begala was on the phone being asked about his thoughts on the Kennedy comment, and said "I have always loved Bobby Kennedy... in fact I had a poster of him on my wall when I was a kid." Now I'm guessing he and I are about the same age, and I had Farrah's swimsuit poster on my wall, but a poster of Bobby Kennedy? I think Begala is once again lying out his ass.

OH - My - Goodness!

After talking with a guest on his show, a few minutes ago, Keith Olbermann pronounced Shrillary Clinton's bid for the White House all but dead.

According to him, she's been forgiven for a lot of vocal mistakes, but this one is just too much.

This is getting a TON of airtime on every cable network, and what's irratating is the talk isn't so much about what she said, which was harmless, but on the media pundits trying to play it up. She obviously wasn't saying Obama could/should be assassinated, but all the talking heads are saying "Do you think she meant that...?", and the act of answering themselves is driving the discussion.

Another pathetic performance by the MSM.

Something made me go back and view Olbermann's wrap up of his show tonight, and I have to say - he just positively blasted Mrs. Clinton's remarks today, calling them insensitive, improper, outrageous, etc., for even implying that something could happen to Barack Obama, before the Dem. Primary begins!
He implies, her thinking is that she's going to hang around, because - anything - could befall the Ill. Senator in the near future.

RFK died when Begala was around 7 - so gee, ya think? I suppose it's possible that Begala was an ubergeek and had a Bobby poster on his wall as a teen. But you have to wonder about a kid like that.
