| Two Ivy League graduates mimicking inner city hoods! Next thing you know he'll be wearing his shorts around his knees. World to Obama - you already got 95% of the black vote.

| You guys... ...should consider starting to let go of the anger. Fist bump is as common in sports and offices and between friends of all walks as anywhere. When they start throwing up gang signs, let me know.

No anger here. Just spreading around the muli-culturalism of Obama to the masses.Yeah, when the Obama's do the fist bump - it ain't no thang. But let Bush do one of his Texas-style "don't mess with Texas" thangs and the press is all atwitter calling him a cowboy, rebel, etc. ![]() But - if Obama wants to be president of all the US people, then maybe he & Michelle ought to lose the black nationalistic/black power/black panther style gestures.

It seems reasonable to me that Obama will be our next president. As he will have accomplished that via the same process that gave us Reagan and Carter and everyone else, I'm good with that. I wasn't happy with Clinton, but, he did win. I can't expect my political opponents to ever accept the validity of my guys if I won't accept theirs. That doesn't mean they will, but I choose to not be as vitriolic as them which is why, as a conservative, I am usually happier than they are; I expect them to behave poorly or like kids. Our system works. Messy as it is, it works.
