Him or Liebermann. Joe would go over a whole lot better than Hill.

Condi ain't gonna do it, though that is the ONLY way I'd vote for McCain.

Huck brings him a few evangelicals.

At least that's what I think.
Expect to see Condi running in 2012.

If he was running against someone with executive experience, that might be a factor. Since Obama has no experience, even McCain's limited experience wins.

...a good point. However, Bru may argue that Barry's lack of experience is better than McCain's lack of experience.

That's true, but there's that nasty bit of CW that's always getting repeated that the last time a senator got elected was Kennedy. The best way to answer that issue is to have a governor as VP. For McCain I think he'll pick Huckabee, and Obama will go with Mark Warner.

I'm sure that both men are looking back at Kennedy's election.

While Warner would be a good choice, he's already running for Senate with a real good chance of winning. He could run for both but that hasn't had good results in the past (Benson, Leiberman).

It's looking more and more like Obama is a sure thing unless Barr can upset him, so I can see Warner wanting to take those odds.
