I have a different take on the question. I didn't see it - I just read the news article of the exchange. I think it was rude of the person asking the question. It seems like it was deliberately asked in order to imply something. And I think it was just impudent.

Yes, John McCain is a candidate running for office and people have a right to ask the candidate questions. But, is seems to me people have no qualms or standards anymore. It may not have been "indecent" by today's standards, but I just think it was purposely done and that's just rude.

It works during a time frame. Remember, all it does it assist with blood flow. The actual mechanism is more complex than that, but that's what it does at the end. If you can't be stimulated to an erection, it won't do anything anyway. You basically get a few hours of easier attainment of an erection, but other than that, it doesn't do anything else.

You CAN get multiple but that depends a lot on whether the guy can or is willing to keep at it within the window.
