Actually, I think that photo is real. The woman in the bikini seems to have the same toes as Palin: big toe bends towards the center, and "index toe" is longer than big toe. Refer to this photo of her footwear at some type of charity event in AK. http://community.adn.com/sites/commu....thumbnail.jpg
