If you look at the big picture, Communisim is taking off again with a powerful vengence, China, Russia and now Venezuala are all on the same side, Russia is flexing its muscle in south America, and in the artic region, most of Europe is eithe on the fence with the U.S, or just dont like us. The Iraq war has taken its toll on our troops, low numbers, and they are tired. A major ground war would be a mistake right now, the only thing left is to drop some glass making bombs in the sand.

| Strung Out | Interesting... ...how you assume they aren't. If you view them through your prism, yeah, they're all suicidal maniacs. If you view it through theirs, they are not; they are fighting for their way of life. If you view it through results they obviously are not irrational.

New reports released yesterday say 15,000 Al Quada/Al Quada-types are entrenched and training in Afghanistan, near the Pakistan border. It is unknown how many are on the Pakistan side, but the number is believed to be close to the Afghan numbers. There are plenty of these fanatics left and I tend to agree with BCP on this, another attack is around the corner as we have become a bit complacent within our borders as we are still focused on ops overseas. They have tried within CONUS and attempts have either been cut off or abandoned, but I believe it is a matter of time and what better time than the election of our new leader. ![]()

the part about making more terrorists by not handeling the iraq situation correctly? or that some people around here claiming to be republicans are bigots who think every off white person from the middle east is a terrorist? or that it was the republican administration that set the course for the war? or was it that some of us republicans are not biogts, at least not towards people of another faith.
