There are plenty of options this year for PotUS. So many, that I couldn't create a poll for them all... I'm curious of what you guys think about the other candidates as well as those who have filed as write-ins...

I was considering Nader, however, I think Obama is going to win. I really get the oogies off him. And after a lot of thought I don't want to "waste" my vote on someone who has no chance of winning. I want to vote for the person who has the best chance of beating Obama. Not because it's the best choice, but because Obama with his policies, plans, and personal ties, scares me. A lot. And I don't want him in charge.

He will be if those of us that are unhappy with the mainstream choices waste our votes on people who stand no chance of beating him. Kind of a fatalist approach to politics.

A vote against the two primary candidates is hardly a wasted vote. The people that are voting against the mainstream are making a statement.

That statement is: The PRIMARY choices suck. They are also the two with the most backing(probably by big business and special interests).

Write in votes are accounted for. This is not a horse race or a football game, so theirs no reason to bet on the winner, just because you think he's going to win. The odds can be thrown.

I don't want a statement, I want a president. I'm not voting for the candidate I want to be president, rather the candidate I feel will do a better job when it comes down to it.
