Negative Campaign Ads

Okay, do negative campaign ads really turn you off from a candidate? OR do you just get pissed off when you see a negative ad being run on the candidate that you support?

I think the whole crying about negative campaign ads is so totally bogus. I actually prefer the negative campaign ads, since they cut through the rainbows and sunshine that both candidates attempt to blow up everyone's behind.

I prefer to see ads were a candidate actually talks about their platform, but that is wishful hoping these days.

According to NObama, 100% of McCains ads were negative agains him, pretty thin skinned fellow... God forbid as president another world leader calls him and inexperience idiot!!!

See, I think past campaign ads have been far worse than the softballs being thrown back and forth between McCain and Obama. Hell, even the debates are nauseatingly cordial. I prefer the days of taking off the gloves and going full tilt at each other.

As long as the "Polls" show it affects the outcome (gains votes for the candidate throwing the negative add) - we will have negative adds.

I thought you didn't like the negative.

Isn't that what you want from both candidates? Practice what you preach. If you don't agree with McCain's proposed polices, state your platform. No need to attack.
