from what i have read, this document has been produced, and the suits you are refering to are nuisance lawsuits.

I mean there are several sites that show images of his birth certificate, and several news agencies have verifed it.

just because you file a suit and pay your filing fee doesn't mean the suit has any merrit, of that you have standing i the case, or that you are even in the right court. (although admittedly it has been a while since i took constitutional law)

From what I have read only one group has seen the supposed document - Factcheck.org. Everyone else has only seen the internet images. And how did these "news agencies" verify it? Did they compare it with other Hawaiian certificates or is seeing enough?

If these suits have no merit why is the Obama team fighting to halt the case before the PA Eastern Federal District Court? Which court would be the correct court to take it to?

From what I have read, he has never produced a Birth Certificate in court.
He has posted a picture of a Certificate of live Birth (not the same thing) on his web site and several people claim the image is legit.

as i said, it has been a while since i took constitutional law, so i wouldn't be the one to determine which court would be the right one.

But there is no reason for Obama to lay down for nuisance lawsuits either. Just because a guy has the $350 to file a suit, doesn't mean it has any merrit.
