It could be a total coincidence that it also was announced this evening that Obama was taking 2 days off the campaign because his Grandmother was seriously ill. (but he's only taking off 2 days)

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is canceling nearly all his campaign events Thursday and Friday to visit his suddenly gravely ill 85-year-old grandmother in Hawaii, a spokesman said.
Robert Gibbs told reporters aboard Obama's plane that Madelyn Payne Dunham, who helped raise Obama, was released from the hospital late last week. But he said her health had deteriorated "to the point where her situation is very serious."

Events originally planned for Madison, Wis., and Des Moines, Iowa, on Thursday will be replaced by one in Indianapolis before he makes the long flight to Hawaii. On Friday, Obama's wife, Michelle, will sub for Obama at rallies in Akron and Columbus, in Ohio, said campaign spokeswoman Jen Psaki. Obama was expected to resume campaigning on Saturday, at an undecided location in the West, she said

makes you wonder ... doesn't it ... if it's a serious illness, how can you set aside a discrete amount of time during the most important time in his campaign

it might be news when the court makes a decision, if they even entertain the case......

If this guy really thought there was something to it, and he wasn't just acting as a distraction, why didn't he file his suits before Oct 18th?

although, this is a great way to recycle the same BS and get the haters talking about it again.

Well maybe it means in 2 days his grandmother has to get better whether she likes it or not!!!

But while he's there I'm sure him and his lawyers will have some sightseeing opportunities in the Hawaiian courts!!!

The silly thing about this is why the Hawaii Supreme Court has to get involved when all Obama has to do is present his documents.

This is getting crazier and crazier.

But even the sleepiest liberal has to be asking himself that question.
