Time for tax reform. As a first, abolish Corporate Income Taxes and institute Value Added Tax. Benefits, imports would have tax applied to them, make them a bit more expensive and make up for lack of taxes paid by manufacturer. Second, refund VAT on exports, makes exports cheaper, help sell.

I also believe in Fair Tax, get rid of all income taxes, repeal 16th amendment and have a national sales tax. Underground economy taxed, drugs, etc.
