| Some. If this goes too far and the three Senate GOP'ers balk, this thing could be filibustered. Consider; Rahm knows that public approval of this bill is very tepid and, if it does NOT work, it will ALL fall on the Dems. So, perhaps, if they put enough pork back in, the GOP will filibuster and the Dems can then blame it on them for not letting the bill go through even though at this point, Obama may well not really want it to. This could be a way out of the corner they've painted themselves into. So, if McConnell is paying attention, then, no filibuster and let them own this POS.
