I would ask why he refers to Sean Hannity as "Scream", considering I've never heard Hannity be anything less than pleasant. But I'll never see his response, and probably don't care what his mental deficiency comes up with anyway.

Same reason people refer to Palin as a "Barbie", or Fox News as Faux Noise, Pres Bush as Boosh, the GOP as Goopers, Liberals as Libtards, religious people as whackjobs, etc., etc., etc: They're not smart enough to debate on a point by point level, so they make themselves feel better by attempting to belittle anyone who speaks, acts, or agrees with the opposite of their opinion.

It's a petty, shallow, immature way of dealing with ideas with which you don't agree.
