They've been doing this for years to Federal Employees. We went from GS payscale to "paybanding". When we signed on, it was under a specific pay agreement. Now it's being changed without our agreement.

Yeah, federal employees tend to have their pay set by the federal government. BFD. What we're talking about here are people working for private companies. Little bit of a difference.
