Personally I think Cheney ought to keep his trap shut and go into hiding.

More and more I think we're learning that Dick Cheney wasn't the problem.

He still should just follow protocol and shut up. After having to put up with Carter and Clinton for 8 years he should know how bad it looks.

Granted.

Note that Cheney had his say and hasn't added to it since.

While the Democrats continue to swarm all over his one-day appearance.

Almost like he wanted them to do it.

Now they are on record discounting his statement that we'll get attacked again. When - not if - it happens, he can say "I told you so" and the Obama administration looks like a bunch of morons.

Like this administration needs help with that.
In honor of North Korea launching a warhead, Robert Gates announced that missle defense systems will be discontinued

So? Isn't that predictable? Of course it is. One of the great weaknesses of the Democrat party is predictability; they WILL focus in on what they perceive to be useful distractions to keep attention off of what they are doing. The other great weakness is that they are typically wrong about what they are doing. Hence the rabid viciousness in engaging in distractions.

Normally, this would make it easier to defeat an opponent; predictability and being wrong. Sadly, the great weakness of the GOP is in typically not being able or willing to engage based on being right and focused on the real problems.
