He was on private property, and was asked to leave. He refused.

And if he were a liberal journalist, you wouldn't be defending him.

There is a difference between citizens and media with film crews. If I go to a race and film it or film at the race for any media outlet, I have to have the authorized consent to do so.

Pushing the envelope is nothing new for journalists. Once you push it too far, there are consequences.
