You're expecting Obama to react to what Cheney is doing and you don't care what Obama thinks? That makes absolutely no sense at all.

Cheney can formally ask for anything he wants, but Obama now runs the CIA. Panetta will do his bidding not Cheney. The only course Cheney may have is to sue this up to the USSC.

Of course it's a good move for Cheney to do this, IF it's even heard. BO wont hear it.

The tea parties were heard. (even if they were ostracized & ridiculed by the lefties - they were heard) They represent middle Americans, regular people like us and they wanted to be heard. And those tea parties were just the tip of the iceberg, IMO.

What, is Cheney going to unleash his band of thugs against the BO admin to get this info out? Who does he know that the BO admin can’t shoot down?

Besides, what if he does succeed in getting this additional info out? What if it does prove there was success in using harsh interrogation tactics? What if it does show what was gained? Do you really think this change BO’s mind about it?
