| Strung Out | May have been. However, that was not my motivation. I just keep hearing the msm argument that Spectre is gone because the GOP went too far right, that our RINO lost because he was too far right, that Bush was too far right, etc, etc. My hope is that, if nothing else, Republicans will agree with the obvious; the party is in trouble and it has NOTHING to do with being too conservative. Far from it.

| Board Mommy | That's ridiculous and I snort whenever I hear some Lefty propagandist say it. They are too conservative when it comes to things that are none of their business, like sex lives and feeding tubes. But it's the money that counts, and they have been about as conservative as a drunk in a bar who thinks everyone will be his friend if he keeps buying rounds.

Spectre did not go to the dark side because the GOP left him or went too far right. He did it to make himself relevant (besides wanting to save his political hide). He's got SO MUCH attention, now. Everyone wants his vote - and he'll be reveling in his glory with all the attention he gets for it. I keep visualing that scene in The Passion of the Christ running through my head where Judas ends up dead for selling his soul to the Devil. That's exactly what I think Spectre did. :shakingheadindisgust:

It starts here and now to reject this non sense at every turn.
