| Since I have never known the Democratic Party to use "the most qualified" as their first set of criteria, I am going to bet that he picks an Hispanic female for the position. This does not imply that the Hispanic female necessarily would not be the most qualified, but clearly Obama, being the proponent of the colorblind society that he is, will make his selection based on sex and race. |
