I suspect it will be someone of hispanic origin,, and citizenship will not be a requirement for this appointment.
He will also wait until franken takes his rightfully stolen spot to insure a quick placement of his non-legal choice.

Since I have never known the Democratic Party to use "the most qualified" as their first set of criteria, I am going to bet that he picks an Hispanic female for the position. This does not imply that the Hispanic female necessarily would not be the most qualified, but clearly Obama, being the proponent of the colorblind society that he is, will make his selection based on sex and race.

Ideology. Sen Specter established that ideology is a valid reason for selecting and approving a justice, and Obama will follow suit.

If it weren't so hard of work, I would think Slick Willie. But, he'd have a hard time getting as much money (and tail), so I think that won't happen.
