Did the residents of Chad, Sudan and SOMILIA overwelming vote in a government that continually attacts a much stronger neighbor who is then forced to destroy large sections of the country in order to stop the attacts?
Did the elect a government that is dedicated to destroying a country and a race of people, many of that race live in this country.

Not a problem.
They don't have a government that has any control over it's residents.
If they had an actual government, we'd be attempting to deal with them instead of capturing individual pirates.
The last time we tried dealing with the alleged government, all we got was the movie Blackhawk Down
