I was interested until I read this:

Take more of a business approach and develop a Six Sigma concept for the state government and train “Green Belt” champions that do nothing but find ways to create more efficient state government and year over year decrease spending. (In fact look to consider financial rewards each year money is returned to Maryland citizens in the form of rebates)

Like that's going to work.


Seriously though, I'm not sure of this group's purpose. I they looking to get elected? Are they looking to be a lobbyist group?
