In the last 72 hours we have witnessed:

The President does an about face on release of alledged Abu Grab abuse photo's. (Prediction) The photo's will get released by the courts via FOIA, the President can wash is hands of it, and Liberals get what they want.

Speaker of the House submitted fifth twisted story on her role in alledged torture knowledge (now throwing the CIA under the bus).

The President now considering detention without trial for Club Gitmo residents.
Close Gitmo, open stateside site(s). Better than releasing the angels into society....but then there's still 48 hours of news cycle to change that position.

What we have here is wincing on full display vs. a claim of wincing from undisclosed participants.
