If this had been any ordinary schmow, he would be in jail right now. Biden should be brought up on charges. Who knows how many millions (if not billions) were spent building this shelter. Now a new one has to be built. Oh, but what does it matter... it's just the tax payers footing the bill and it's only classified information.
