No, everyone wanted McCain, remember? We're a left of center nation now, right BECAUSE he was in there? No way he'd be there if that's NOT what we wanted, right? Even though none of you support him. Right?

The better candidates split the intelligent vote, and the sludge floated to the top..

I you have three GOOD candidates splitting 60 - 70% of the common sense vote, one crappy candidtate can win the nomination with less then 30% of the vote.

Ever notice how, when Cheney speaks, you suddenly feel like an adult is talking about important things? And when Obama talks it's as though he's getting ready to do a strip tease?

That seems to be a terribly difficult concept to grasp.

Obama blathers on for an hour bashing Bush and accusing him of being a criminal. Cheney comes out and compliments and shows support for Obama. I wonder if pundits will recognize these opposing approaches to this debate.

AS each candidate was weeded out McCain came out on top. I get this "terribly difficult concept" about splitting votes but it does not preclude the fact that McCain still came out on top. Conservatives did not come through to get a conservative candidate. Where were they?

Serious. It's just like a stripper; The little coy glances, the alluring smile. The flirting. I'm like "This freaking guy is gonna start stripping..."
