Fear and smear tactics aren't new. But the Republicans on this board and all over claim to be morally higher than the Democrats. So, let's see them back that up instead of stooping to fear and smear tactics.

That's right! Or that's how the liberals look at things.....with those colored glasses. Guess they figure if they don't look at what their president is doing, they can deny all his actions and hope it turns out right. If it turns out wrong, they can always deny voting for him or blame it on Bush.

Sez you. I've never seen that, or given it credence.

Moral high ground notwithstanding, it is hypocritical to proclaim "fear tactics" when you're doing it yourself.

Saying "Same old Republican Party, using fear to scare the mainstream population in to supporting them" and then backpedalling to saying everyone does it but let the right put their money where their mouth is, is just hypocrisy.

I'd rather you just shut the hell up, but that ain't happening.

There has never been a claim to a morally higher position by the Republicans. I am tired of hearing more and more sheeple hopping on to the current bandwagon of "It is all of life's problems were because of the previous administrations mismanagement." Was it truly necessary to put on the Waterboarding dog and pony show? Especially when those that are in charge now did not have their own stories or facts straight before they started their own version of the Salem Witch Hunt? How about looking into the actual records of what went on that day and what was discussed? We can have just a summary to leave out any classified information and then we can see who the Liar really is in this instance? If there was trualy Transparency in Government now, MAKE IT HAPPEN! Provide the information that would save a lot of Drama in the news. Oh I forgot that is not allowed because it would paint an unfavorable image of the new administration. Dang it, where did I put my rose colored glasses?

Is there a Democratic threshold on the amount of missiles that are fired and nukes detonated that a Democrats starts worrying, or shall we once again wait to film the nukes coming in live like planes on 9-11. Wasn't it Obama and his butt boy Emanuel who claimed you should never waste a good Crisis???

I think we should take the "moral high ground" and do nothing, stop being afraid, wait until a mushroom cloud appears then do something.

Help me out though... what's the threshold for number of deaths before we can justify action? And what "morally high ground" action should we take at THAT point?
