jfrenaye Registered User Member Since: Jun 2007 Posts: 122	Is it time to end partisan elections locally? Is it time to get rid of partisan elections for municipalities? Chris Fox, who is running as an Independent for Mayor in Annapolis thinks so. I tend to agree that the national issues along party lines (healthcare reform, Iraq, corp bailouts, etc.) really have very little bearing on what is needed to govern Main Street.
