| Let the confirmation hearing begin... So far it's been typically ideological for the Senators' comments. Hatch said (not exact quote): "We should respect to Sotomayor's record by taking it very seriously". A backhanded comment if I heard it...

| And all the Dems do is sit there and talk about the things she's done and how nice she is. They don't talk about the results of things she's done. The Rep gave it to her with both barrels. What kills me is when Obama was a Senator he talked about how a Supreme Court justice should not vote based on their ethic backround or their upbringing. And who does he nominate, a Judge that thinks she can make a better decision based on her ethnic backround better than any white male.
