Comptroller Franchot Warns O'Malley In Writing

Comptroller Peter Franchot just sent a letter to the Governor and the leaders of the Senate and House of Delegates painting a very bleak picture of tax revenue from Maryland based on June 30th.

From an Anne Arundel perspective, I hope the council wakes up and sees the need to move forward with slots rather than screwing around with them protecting their seats in the next election!
