I find myself now wondering, given our presidents now demonstrated and proven predispositions and/or inclinations towards race hustling, was he self serving about her, too? Was she also not just 'another' bigot who only saw uppity Negroes overstepping their bounds? Was she, in fact, just another decent person who Obama chose to step on for his own gain?

I hear the word 'narrative' now about this. I wonder what grandma's actual narrative was? Too bad we can't have a beer with her and find out if she, too, was undeserving of being slandered.

If it wasn't for Obama's white mother and grandmother, Barry would not have had the opportunity to put the word uppity in the same sentence with the word Negro seeming how his Negro father did such a great job raising and mentoring him!

Reminds me of when Halley Barry was thanking American for picking her as the first African American for Best Actress at the Oscars only to run back to her seat and hug her white mother with her black father nowhere in sight, I'm like WTF!!!
