Because you cannot accuse Limbaugh of "spewing hate"...post an "example" ...and then say you don't believe what he says. It nullifies your whole point.
What I am saying is that it doesn't matter in which context the comments were made. The comments themselves are derogatory. The comments did three things. It fired up his base audience, outraged the group they were directed at and got him a whole lot of press. Great for the bank account and the entertainment value.

It isn't the first time. He causes extreme reactions to his words...and it isn't love that anyone is feeling....only his base audience is feeling any of that. Step back and look at the impact of his words apart from his audience and they are divisive. A significant amount of people are angry and outraged at his words. When such a negative atmosphere arises, I say he "spews hate".

Sorry, arrived late to the party. Who you guys talking about? Michael Moore? Al Franken? Howard Dean? Terry McAuliffe? Al Gore?

I'm just trying to figure out who out there presents their case rationally and forcefully, without resorting to ridicule and hatred, and is clearly not in it for the money or the notoriety.

If someone wants to think that Limbaugh actually wants segregated buses...and his "tone of voice" proved that...you are clearly not going to get anywhere with logic.
You know its even rarer when you run across someone that admits to doing it, sadly they will still claim their interpretation is what was actually meant:

The 80% referenced by This_Misreprensentation is the actual transcripts of Ron Pauls remarks in the Republican debate. Instead of reading the transcript, and reading what Ron Paul stated, This_Misrepresentation admits to exactly what you posted above.

She does this throughout almost all of her debates on here, argue based on her interpretation instead of the actual statements, so its really no surprise.

One can get the meaning of the Gettysburg Address without hearing every word spoken by Lincoln that day. Just reading the Address will give you its meaning.

This is what I did with Mr. Paul's words. I cut to what he said on the subject, not everything he said in the entire debate.

And you say I misrepresent Try looking in the mirror, Nuck. You've repeatedly outright lied or misquoted me.
