Your little trick isn't going to work with me - I've read the Lefty Debate handbook.

That post has absolutely nothing to do with my post, which you quoted. I showed you FACTS and you came back with more off the wall suppositions.

Now.

I'm still waiting for my examples of hatred and right-wing extremism from Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh.

At the end of the day, Limbaugh is a party man. First, last and always.

He had nothing but disdain for Buchanan in '88 and Perot in '92. If you end up arguing for, after decades against, McCain, who won't you find an excuse to support?

Mcain himself is proof that there are more conservatives than "GOPers". When the GOP tries to put up "moderate" candidates..they fail. Reagan..no explanation needed,,, Bush the first was elected as a conservative..then screwed up, raised taxes and was defeated... I am not sure if a new party would be a good thing..or if the GOP just needs to stop trying to be what they call "moderate" by avoiding abortion issues, promoting amnesty, and even cap and trade (global warming)..and get back to the conservative ideals they are supposed to have...a strong conservative candidate has usually boded well for the GOP..and I believe that is what most people want.

Not just them. The largest singe group of voters in this nation...don't vote.
They see the parties as self serving and cynical and simply don't trust any of them and, frankly, history is bearing them out.

Mcain, a Democrat wearing a Republican tie, is proof that someonw who claims he is conservative, while his past record is anything but is justification for supposed conservatives to vote for him.

face it. the republicans took a dump on the last election when they put McCain and Palin on the ticket. They knew what was coming and they didn't want to be in the white house when it happened.

That is why I went from being a life long Republican to being a strong DECLINE.
