Personally, I think that is the point - they intend for illegals to get care without catching flak for allowing it.

Because they intend to grant them amnesty, and instantly win millions of new voters.

I think you are, clearly, correct. However, even if that's not the long term thinking, why would we enforce health care rules when we don't bother with immigration laws? It's like pulling people over for seat belts and ignoring the speeders.

It's another lie by Barack Hussein Obama and the Demokrats in Congress. Judge Napolitano has stated that when the government offers Health Care to all, it must offer Health Care to all, including Illegal Aliens, legal migrant workers and even foreign tourist just here on a visit.
He stated that if this bill is enacted. it would be challenged in the courts and overturned, in favor of giving Health Care to Illegal Aliens.
Whether he works for FOX is irrelevant, he was a sitting Judge in the Federal Courts and knows the law.

No protection of or our sovereignty as a nation and defeating all attempts at amending the bill to require verification of citizenship doesn't fill me with confidence that our "leaders" will do right by the taxpayers this time.
