Ron Paul, during the campaign, suggested it might be worth knowing why they oppose us and Rudy made him pay for it because he knew most people have zero interest in WHY we were attacked, be it Pearl Harbor or 9/11; We're America and there is NO justification for attacking us, ever, let alone understanding why and what we could have done to prevent it in the first place.

In my view, and in may people's view, understanding why is the key to defeating them, not just winning some short term military conflict, which we can do easily, but a lasting victory.

Who/what is the main cause of disruption, death and war in the world today?
Who/what saws heads of living humans to hear them scream?
Who/what douses living humans in gas and pushes them in fire pits?
Who/what straps bombs to children and the mentally handicapped?
Who/what straps bombs to themselves to blow up pizza parlors and night clubs?
Who/what drives car bombs into market places?

Hint: The answer is the same for every question.
I could go on but the above speaks volumes.

Islam and Christianity are incompatible depending on your level of devoutness.

Humans desire faith and belonging. As Christianity declines around the world, the void gets filled. If you are a young, disillusioned make seeking an Old Testament, hard core, black/white way of living and faith system, Christianity has fallen into a neutered, feminized weakness and Islam has it's appeal. Look at fundamentalist Jews; they learn to fight. They are dead effing serious people. Same thing for hard core Christians, they are dead effing serious and prepared to fight.
