It does seem to me that Cheney has demonstrated that he himself is a war criminal and an American criminal, and that he can publicly confess his guilt and still escape any prosecution.

But I say that Cheney is even more diabolical then that, being that I say his public displays like in those YouTube speeches are intended to draw the guilt and the contempt away from the real criminal that is escaping prosecution being Cheney's boss Bush.

Bush is the big criminal and Cheney was the little cheese just like he is still.

Cheney knows how to talk big but just like any little person he is just trying to protect his big boss.
