Source? As Congress's health care is covered by the FEHB program I would be able to get coverage for the same amount and would be highly interested.

Because if you had actually read the HR version, then you would know that a certain section of the Bill clearly explains that the IRS is put in charge of your healthcare. If you fail to report it on your tax return, you face a fine and possbily jailtime for tax evasion.
