I have seen her Mao and Mother Teresa video clip about 75 times now. Does she have some tongue ailment that causes it to fly out of her mouth repeatedly or is there something wrong with her mouth?

How you can agree with Maos political philosophy, which, from what I know, boiled down to a very Stalin-like "If your dead, you cant challenge me for power", and killed anyone who remotely looked like a threat. And quite a few who didnt, but its better to cast a wide net than miss one I suppose.....

Are you really surprised? Obama has surrounded himself with loons. Birds of a feather flock together and all that...

And that thing she does with her tongue is a nervous disorder and/or a TMJ mechanism, perhaps a combination of both. She's been interviewed on Fox in the past and had some tongue twitching... (I actually think she constantly wears the same suit ) but in that speech, the one where she said a mass murderer is her favorite Philosopher really emphasized it.
