Anyone know where the nearest office is in VA??

THinking I could have them help me register to vote as a democrat in VA tomorrow, then go vote for McConnell..

No... because there are none.

But I'm sure you could still get someone at one of the two offices in MD or the one in D.C. to register you in VA.

I'm am sure the D.C. office will gladly take care of this for you. They'll even make sure to cast your vote so you don't need to bother with those nasty lines.
