Actually, the article says their government requested it because they did not wish to embarrass Obamao. The story also says the shirts have been selling nationally where the video report says "this boutique" has been selling them.

Regardless of how they're selling, anyone paying attention doesn't need a shirt to make them notice a resemblance.
