Tea Party Documentary

I attended the premier opener of the 2 hour move last night...
They had a panel presentation before hand that included Dick Armey and Joe "You Lie" Wilson & Jim Demint....

The movie went long but the audience didn't stir except to cheer & applaud at key points.

Not blowing the plot...but it follows the lives of 5 participants in the tea Party movement and brings it to a climax at the 9/12 event.
Several of the key figures attended last night as well as much of the filming crew.

Looks like they are amping up to demonstrate at the Whitehouse in the Spring (April 15...sound familiar??) Also: major convention in Tenn in February-Palin will Keynote. (14 year old daughter wants me to shop around for bus tickets!!)

Anyway...I hope some of you will join me in April as we swamp the elipse and swarm around OUR house. I would actually prefer the way it looked in Sept 1814 than have its current occupants in there.

I'll bring the Tar, you bring the feathers.

The Initial showing: Ronald Reagan Building in DC--their theatre.
They are selling DVD's....maybe check Freedomworks web site.
Get some friends together, some snacks, and watch common people standing up for our inherited rights and demanding an immediate halt on all these terrible spending plans and the cancer of socialism.

If the Republican party fails to confront this threat and is willing to compromise with this regime...they are gone: Pink slip is already signed.

Where was your indignant outrage when all the spending plans and cancerous socialism was proposed and put in place by the past administration? Else you risk making your argument look like nothing more than party politics.

The Tea Party people are just as angry at Republicans as they are at Democrats. They are angry in general at government at all levels that does not respect the bounds of the founding documents whether at the federal, state, or local levels.

Indignant outrage?

You make an assumption that I was with Bush and the R party all the way through 8 years...wrong (again...getting used to that by now?)

I (go back and dig into my posts of the past 9 years...and you'll find it) voted constitution party....The documentary begins with the quotes of Bush as he is signing TARP. This is where the anger starts to openly erupt. I have plenty of frustration with Bush but never found a group that emerged to clearly vent it. Obama is utterly blind to our constitution, despises capitalism, is eager to go global and hates American exceptionalism....thus: 100X worse than that idiot Carter.

Now that group is livid (some afraid) and we are massing in the millions.
A majority of them had to hold their nose while voting for Bush and many bailed on McCain.
