I have always believed that if there is a job that nobody is willing to do, then its obviously a job that does not need to be done.

Take landscaping, Americans dont want to work for less that 15 or 20 an hour, the border jumpers will do it for 10.
get rid of the border jumpers and if there is a great enough demand, then the American worker will either git his 15 or 20, or settle for the 10.

demand will always dictate not only price, but availability.

I don't understand how illegals (criminals) are protected under OUR nations rights. OUR rights are OUR rights. What keeps them safe from from being shot on sight? Due process need not apply for someone living within these borders illegally. The Constitution and bill of rights were NOT made for these aliens as they had NO hand in creating and maintaining our justice system...all im saying is give them a bus ride, not a court date.

They are not our NATIONS Rights. They are Rights that we have inherent as humans. Our nation is suppose to protect those Rights at all cost.
Now we can forfit those Rights for a time when we are convicted of a criminal act, but until then, they should never be relinquished.

Yes, the illegals are criminals by the bare fact that they broke the law by coming into this country by circumventing our immigration requirements. They should be rounded up and sent back or prosecuted here first before being returned to their country. Killing them, unless it is self-defence or by law enforcement catching them in the act of unlawfullness is just silliness.

That kind of talk is what turns the lawful hispanic community away from the conservative movement!

Agreed! Killing them just for being illegal is wayyy wrong but "spazzin's" post was ambiguous. He said both: "shot on sight" and "bus ride, not a court date".
