I do NOT think it is wrong for him to openly discuss his views and advertise his displeasure at his workplace. But to suggest he would refuse care based on how they voted seems wrong to me.

| At least he will be continue to practice medicine. My nephew is married to a doctor and she plans to change professions due to the healthcare bill.

| I think the Dr. is being openly candid. A patient expects compassion from his physician. the Dr. is simply telling them that they may get good health care from him, but he won't be so compassionate. It's their choice if they want him for treatment or go elsewere. He is advising, not chosing.

| Unless the patients tell the doctor about their political affilliations, how will he know? He won't. He's putting his opinion out there, and if his patients choose to move on based on that, then they should do so. He doesn't need a new job. They need a new doctor.

| If he's a doctor he works for Obama. He needs to keep his opinions to himself, shut his mouth and treat everyone Obama tells him to treat. Or else suffer the indignity of the re-education camp!
