If Obama loses the next election and moves to a foreign country, does the secret service still provide protection? Thanks for your thoughts.

If he wants them, I don't believe the Secret Service would be allowed to deny him. The only way I see THE WON wishing to leave the U.S. is if he leaves office by way of impeachment and conviction.

Do you mean a foreign country to him or just if he moves back home to Kenya?

I would tend to think yes, whereever a country would allow it. I would think if Obama decided to move to Iran, that country would not allow Secret Service protection there. I would also think the HSD would view that as too much of a risk for their agents.

Their website doesn't really address it though. I did find this interesting tidbit though:
