| Angry Old White Men Are Buying Elections! Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) says a group of "angry old white men" is bankrolling conservative outside groups that are spending millions to influence the fall elections. "If this flood of outside money continues, the day after the election, 17 angry old white men will wake up and realize they've just bought the country," Reid said on the floor. "That's a sad commentary. About 60 percent or more of these outside groups' dollars are coming from these 17 people. These donors have something in common with their nominee. Like Mitt Romney, they believe they play by their own set of rules." Reid's heated rhetoric comes as Senate Republicans are poised to reject a Democratic bill to require outside groups to disclose the names of their contributors. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) called the bill a distraction intended to "create the impression of mischief, where there is none."

| If these guys are old to Reid, how old would they really have to be, could they even still be alive? And I love the reference to them and Romney wanting to play by their own rules, Has Reid not noticed that the dark wonder has been side stepping the constitution and making his own rules for the last 3 years? Basically I have to say that Reid might be too damn old to serve, as is that skank Pelosi, and should save himself further embarrassment by stepping down.

| Does not seem true this year, looks like Obama's rockstar status has worn on his fan base this year. Maybe it is the same people who donated to George Zimmerman's legal fund.

| I didn't know I was one of the 17 old white guys!!! I thought I was one of the 4 million young folks donating to the GOP. I would like to live in Vegas just to throw this old white piece of shoe leather out on his buttocks.
